(I found this pictures in this community, so I'm definitely inspired by you all!) I want to know where to find these drawers? I don't like the ones at Ikea that zip. I've seen various colors and designs. Any suggestions as to where to purchase them? <lj-cut="click"> </lj-cut> Also, I want this, or something like it. Is Ikea the best place to get this? Where else should I look? Thanks so much. We're moving soon and I'm looking to update and functionalize. :D This community is wonderful.

So this is something that I've tried to search online for, but I keep getting hits for the rack itself. In one of our bathrooms, the bar of a mounted towel rack is too loose, its spins around and towels keep falling off of it. The rack itself is firmly fastened to the wall, there are no problems with that, just the bar itself. Any clue on how to fix this? I popped the covers off of the sides to see if there was a screw I could tighten or something, but I didn't see anything that looked like it was loose.

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if any one has a pattern for a hoop. I want to make a Christmas wreath and I've looked at some patterns on the net but they aren't what I'm looking for. Even if it isn't a wreath pattern, it's the hoop bit I'm having trouble finding. Ideally I want it big-ish.

Hey, all! I bought an adorable cloche hat recently, and I was hoping I could figure out how to duplicate it. Does anyone know of a sewing pattern for these types of hats?

Made a chibi-totoro using this pattern. I've changed feet a bit though 'cause they seemed a bit small to me.



The shamrock was made by this pattern, but I've made 4 petals instead of 3 and no handle... or stem, whatever it's called :-D

hi. i'm Stu, 22 year old girl from Helsinki, Finland. i study photography, and i share my home with 2 other students. i've posted my room before, like a year ago or something. and i thought it was time to do this again! idk if much has changed... oh well, let's get started.

My sister-in-law visited a while back and she had the most adorable little "panty traveler" as she called it. It was a little bag for in your suitcase for you clean/dirty undies. (I don't really love the idea of United Airlines staff opening my bags and finding my underwear on top, especially worn pairs!)




Sorry for the bad pictures of the original - sis-in-law doesn't live here so the pics were all I had to work from. Someone told me they saw these at Gap Body so they're probably not expensive, but it's more fun to make your own, I think. And a good use for little scraps of fabric.

So, I thought it would be easy to make and a great gift. I invited a few of my girlfriends over for a sort of craft workshop and let them know they could do whatever they wanted, but if they wanted to make a "panty traveler", I would help guide them. It ended up being a really fun day and everyone had a great time and some of us even finished our projects.

Anyway, I plan to make a couple for gifts and I think it's probably pretty easy for all of you to figure out how to make them. I keep meaning to make tutorials and never get around to it. Sorry.

how do you keep your dry foods and refrigerated foods organized? my vegetables and fruits do not have a drawer to keep them in, just an open slanted caged bin... making everything jumbled and confusing...then somethings are forgotten because i can't see them and go to waste i'm new to owning my own place so help? thanks :(

I haven't been feeling very Christmas-y lately, and with eleven days until, I've decided to spruce up the house a little bit. We have a tree and other decorations, but not too many.

Are there any really simple or cheap decorations to make/buy that look flattering? I like classy decorations, so of course, keep that in mind when suggesting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've been trying to decide what to make my 2 best friends this year. It suddenly came to me; One's favorite animal is a tiger, the other a lion, & mine a bear.
So I wanna make a lion, tiger, and bear that look like they go together. We all live in different places, so it's gonna be like, every time you look at your animal, you can think of the other 2.

I went on Lion Brand's site & found a pattern for a bear and a lion that obviously go together... but no luck with the tiger.
I've just started crocheting recently, so I don't feel comfortable enough to just make my own tiger in that fashion.

So, has anyone come across a lion, tiger, and bear that look like a set? Or has anyone made a tiger in the fashion linked above?

Any help is SUPER appreciated! Thankss!
